It is more than a makeover and will feature new content to accurately reflect the current business – the 3rd new site since 2009 when Microsoft’s free service was used. You can only get ugly 3 page standardised monstrosities like those now by using Hibu/Yell these days!

Whilst the site is being upgraded there will be some missing links but otherwise it’s business as usual – there will be less  information regarding some of the services but sometimes that’s a good thing as few enjoy reading technical jargon.

Interesting to go back to see what the site looked like in 2009 using the Internet Archive Wayback Machine website http://archive.org/web/ – unfortunately no images appear to have been saved because of the speed of the server at that time but there is text from way back then.

There are some associations that have been dropped, for example, Trading Standards “Buy with Confidence” that will probably not make another appearance (it was early days for them) but the Federation of Small Businesses may make a return this year.

Aiming for this new site to be fully functional by mid July – hope you will find it useful and logical!
